Polite, responsive, competent

Had everything we needed, close to beach, fishing was great off of the dock, manatees came to visit!

Texting is a very efficient way to get help, if needed. Staff were very eager to help. Response time was fast.

We had the most wonderful time at Latitude Adjustment. The perfect location for anglers that want to dock a boat, or water lovers that want to kayak and enjoy the manatees. Can't wait to return. Central location on Marathon made commuting and shopping easy.

We enjoyed the property. The pool was nice and we used the bicycles a few times. The neighbors were very nice and helpful too.

Pictures do not do justice, the property inside and out is so nice! Everything you need is provided loved the welcome basket it sets you up so you dont have to run to the store as soon as you get there including a bottle of wine! The property was Very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely return to the property ! And rent through vacation rentals of the Florida Keys

Great view and water access for our boat. Nice being able to grill out.

Jessy was extremely responsive. Any time I texted her she replied quickly.

Enjoyed the house very much. Enjoyed the pool, which was heated to a comfortable temperature and the water views, the sunsets. My son and daughter-in-law caught, I can't count how many, fish in the canal in back of the house. The house was very comfortable for my family. Would return in a heartbeat!
