This attractive and updated home offers a fully equipped kitchen to tend to all of your cooking needs. The living room has a large flat screen TV. As you kick back and relax, you can enjoy the bountiful amount of natural lighting via the large sliding glass doors that overlook the canal. This home also offers a dining area in the kitchen, plus outdoor seating on the balcony! The master bedroom boasts two queen beds with en suite master bath, his and her sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features two twin trundle beds (pull out bottom for two more beds). The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. TV’s are in the living room and both bedrooms. Outdoor patio area downstairs has a comfortable living area, barbeque grill and bait freezer. The dock will accommodate up to a 20 foot boat, maximum. Dock has a fish cleaning table, water, and electricity.

This home is on a deep water canal with Ocean access. You can also access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Seven Mile Bridge. The home is just a short boat ride from the famous Sombrero Reef, where you will find the best snorkeling and scuba diving! You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the area.

Dock holds up to 20ft boat max. One boat and one trailer max. No RVs, campers or motorhomes. 
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
