This unit is located in the Sailfish Building which is closest to the Ocean with the Best views of any building in the complex. Directly on the ocean with a fantastic South exposure... Sunny deck in the winter and shaded deck in the summer. It is on the first floor and the rear balcony has steps to the beach and pool. This unit is handicap accessible if needed.
This condo will comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds. 2,100 square feet (all one floor) of living space. The Condo has marble tile throughout. Private oceanfront balcony accessible from the great room and master suite. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors completely open both rooms to the porch and ocean views.
Great room has open floor plan, with dining table to sit 8. 60" Big Screen TV.
High Speed WIFI is included.
Kitchen is well stocked with Subzero style refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the tools for a vacation chef. Separate Ice Machine. Elegant serving platters for entertaining. First Class Kitchen.
This Designer condo has elegant fixtures and state of the art kitchen appliances. Open living spaces with views of the ocean from practically every room.
The Master Suite has a King size bed with TV and private large bath that includes a jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. The Second master suite has a king size bed with TV and private marble tile bath/shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV . All linens are 600 thread count for luxury sleeping!

Amenities include the largest pool in the Keys, 1/2 acre of swimming pool in an oceanfront lagoon-style, and a second club house pool, which is a championship pool for serious swimmers. Both pools have restroom facilities. Exercise fitness center located in the Tarpon Building. Grotto Jacuzzi is also available for your enjoyment. Pools are open from 8 am to 9 pm daily.
Owner has ample pool toys and rackets for tennis and paddles for pickle ball and beach toys for the kids.
Resort has 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, and 2 basketball hoops.
Marina: Boaters have an exceptional 43 slip full service marina which accommodates 60 foot vessels. The Marina has an observation platform which you can see Molasses Reef lighthouse, recently rated “The most popular dive reef in North America.” Fishing from this pier is allowed and a chance to catch an excellent meal. Rent a slip for $3.00 per board foot per night. When you make your reservation...there is no guarantee that a boat slip will be available... so it is important to make boat reservations in advance.
This is a gated community, which controls the persons that enter into the complex. If you have guests they must be registered. Otherwise there cannot be any entry. You will have to fill out a Registration form for Mariner's Club Guard House. If your guest is not on the list, no entry will be allowed. Contact the Property Manager for guests list.
Outstanding array of restaurants are available a short distance from the complex.

We appreciated the opportunity for an early check-in. Unfortunately, the rental car line at the airport was ridiculous. It took well over an hour to get our rental car so we ultimately didn't arrive until 4:15.

The property was amazing! We would definitely rent that unit again. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing! There were some maintenance issues that did not affect our stay. I will email you separately about those. I meant to email prior to leaving, but time got away from me/us!

The property was convenient, had lovely furnishings, and most of all had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and in the evening for dinner and drinks. Inside had all the dishes, platters, pots and pans that we needed for a party of 6 adults. We are hoping to return to this lovely property on another visit. There are 3 bedrooms that fir 6 adults. Again, this particular property had a stunning view and was worth spending every morning and evening on the balcony.

The condo was very clean and welcoming. They even left a little welcome basket on the kitchen table. Gorgeous ocean views, beautiful clean pools and hot tubs, spacious rooms, gorgeous master bath. We stayed here and went to key west for.a day. There is a lot of great places to visit and eat in Key Largo without the huge crowds in Key West. We came with our older parents and it is first floor. Definitely recommend for family of 6-7. We would love to come back!

We had a great girls getaway. The unit was beautifully furnished, and the kitchen had a fantastic array of serving dishes, containers, etc. Kristin was quick to take care of a minor issue we had. The only downside of this place is having to wait for the security guard to return to let us onto the property. Not a big issue, a short wait of 6 minutes or so. But, we're happy they have security on the premises. We'd definitely stay here again.

Best response time and outcome of any property manager I've ever dealt with, hands down. The unit is lovely, and the manager clearly cares about customer service. Also, kitchen was very well supplied. Often when we go away, the kitchens don't have enough pots/pans, or they're too small to cook for our family, or are missing some crucial item. That was not the case here; the kitchen had everything I could need and then some. Will stay again.
