The Conch House is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath house at MM 49.5 in Marathon, on a canal (5 foot minimum depth) in protected Boot Key Harbor with quick access to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is less than a mile to Publix/Winn Dixie, K Mart, Home Depot, West Marine, a deli/liquor store, many restaurants, and the 33rd Street public boat ramp.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. Master bathroom has double vanity and stand alone shower. Guest bathroom has shower tub combo.
It has central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, blender, slow cooker, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for six in the dining area, high speed internet/WiFi, a 55 inch flat screen TV (cable) and DVD player in the living area, and a TV in the master bedroom. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have sliding glass doors that lead out to a large upper deck with a picnic table overlooking the canal. Linen, bath and pool towels are also provided.
The house has 50 feet of dockage, a plunge pool, a large, partially screened-in upper deck, and parking for your car(s) and boat trailer. There is also a propane grill, washer/dryer, bait cooler, fish cleaning table, 2 kayaks, and storage space for your convenience.
Pool heat included with cost - avail Nov to April
The property can hold up to 3 vehicles & 1 trailer, if no trailer, then up to 4 vehicles depending on size will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

One of my favorites that I have stayed in Marathon. Property is well maintained from the house to the pool, to the boat dock! Close to grocery stores, gas stations, bait shops, and dive shops!!

Our stay was everything our party had hoped for. The Conch house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very nice and the outdoor screened terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoor. The pool was very nice, beautiful lighting at night. The grill was a plus, it was the perfect combination. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, we were so happy to have found your business.

We really enjoyed this property. The house was pretty and convenient, the pool was wonderful, and the dockage in the backyard very convenient and clean. The kayak and pool tubes were an added bonus!
