One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.(Trailer for a 30ft boat Max)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will check the property on arrival day to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.

A starter Kit of toiletries is provided Only and won't last for your entire stay
You will be emailed our terms and conditions with your guest confirmation email and you will need to e-sign the terms to be able to stay in our home
Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control (examples are: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or sale of property) and an alternate accommodation may not be available. We of course will do our best to find an alternative property, but should that not happen a full refund will be given to the guest. If this should happen, VROTFK shall not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.
VROTFK also does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise, internet/cable, sea grass in the canal, the smell of sea grass, any cause of nature, insects of any kind, pool/hot tub malfunctioning including pool heat or plumbing. Nor will VROTFK accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions (this includes hurricanes)

This property is beautiful! The house is well stocked with anything you can think you may need. We loved our close we were to everything we wanted to do in Marathon. The property allowed for us to have some much needed down time and family time!!!

Jessy was incredible. She made the whole process very easy. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. She also responded immediately when we had a question.
She is definitely top notch.

The property was immaculate. The owner also thought of everything when designing the house and what it came with. The outdoor kitchen was awesome!!!! That is where we spent a huge amount of our time. Everything in the house was pristine and high quality. It exceeded our expectations.
The only downside was the width of the street and the width/depth of the canal.
We had a decent sized boat and it was beyond difficult to get the trailer down the street and into the driveway. The empty lot across the street is the only reason we were able to do it. The width of the canal made it very difficult. We had to back out of the canal every time we used the boat.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the house itself it just wasnt easy or accommodating for a boat of our size.

We had a wonderful stay, perfect property for families and boating. The house was beautiful. Great location for boating to Sombrero Reef and fishing and then cooling off after in the pool. We saw lots of manatees in the canal and had a great vacation!
