Maximum Occupancy:
This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Please note that the city’s occupancy limits apply, and this does not guarantee a bed for every guest. Be sure to review the bed configuration before booking.

Pet-Friendly:  
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, which varies depending on breed and size. (Cats are not allowed.)

Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

The Cleaning Company only provides a starter kit of toiletries, enough for the first night.
