This property is absolutely beautiful! Million Dollar Views is the perfect name for this condo! Very quiet location. We had the beach and pool completely to ourselves most days. We saw stingrays and a small shark swimming in the shallows from our balcony. We will definitely rent this beautiful condo again!

It was such a pleasant surprise to walk in our house to be greeted with a wonderful gift basket of snacks and travel essentials! All information was communicated to us efficiently and timely.

This property was exceptional! It was spotless, had all amenities that could be needed/wanted, and was a great location. We were able to go bike riding and kayaking with the equipment available (there were even life jackets available in every size). The pool area was beautiful and so relaxing. The TV, soundbar, and refrigerator in the pool area were a great addition. We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend this property.

We loved Seaside Cottage. It was a perfect location for fishing and boating. Easy access in an out of Vaca Cut. The outside amenities are set up perfectly for boating lots of hoses for washing things down fish station for cleaning fish we caught. Love the big blue umbrellas that gave us great shade. The inside was nicely redone. And perfect for just the two of us. The cottage had everything that we needed!

This was the easiest vacation experience we have had and easiest check in process and great communication.

This was our second stay at the house. It is a beautiful house filled with everything you might need for a big crowd. The kitchen is wonderful and we love sitting on the deck that overlooks the bay. The flowers were blooming and grounds were exceptionally pretty this year. I highly recommend this home. It is remote, but we have extended family who stay at a camp nearby, so this provides the grandparents a little space away from the activity of a large family. The playroom, with pool, ping pong, card table and plenty of seating is perfect for teenagers and adults as well. Little people love the house because there is a toy and game closet filled with new toys.

The Ocean View Gem was a fantastic property. It had amazing views of Sombrero Key and the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The house was perfect for my family of 8 and my two dogs. We had plenty of room on the seawall for our two boats and the game room downstairs and the jacuzzi were a bonus!

We were very impressed with the Sanderson team. Quick and pleasant responses to questions, but otherwise didn't bother us during our vacation. I was very impressed with the speed that our AC was repaired.

The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. The pool was used a lot! We loved the space downstairs to gather, play cards, watch TV and play cornhole while the kids were in the pool. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I loved the shower in our bathroom! It made me feel pampered. I have rented several homes in OBX but this one topped them all.
