Additional amenities include cable TV, high-speed internet, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas barbecue grill, and central air conditioning. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted. 

No RVs or motorhomes permitted on property.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Key Colony Beach. 

There is room for 1-2 vehicles if no trailer, if a trailer, then only one vehicle. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
