The Spectacular outdoor spaces of this home reminds you to relax and enjoy the sun in the spectacular outdoor spaces.
Modern kitchen and open concept floor plan.  Many amenities include a Margarita machine, 6 bikes, 2 kayaks, and 2  paddleboards.  A wonderful barbecue.  Jacuzzi....Commercial ice maker, and two deep freezers, one for bait and one for your catch. 
The inside of this home has a wine cooler, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Flat-screen TV with CABLE TV  in all rooms with High speed internet. Comfortable beds with 900 + thread count sheets and plenty of covers and pillows to use.
More than enough pool towels.  The open living spaces include a gourmet kitchen, with plenty of chef's accessories.  Enough to cater to 12 people.
Extra amenities include the surround sound, Big screen TV's, and a desk area with a wireless printer for your use.
The Luxurious Master suite has modern amenities and features, such as double sinks, large 2 person walk in shower, with a King Size Bed, big screen TV, walk in closet, and a picture window of the water. 
The Laundry room is also in this area and a full size bath across from the laundry area. 

The house has 4 bedrooms, one bedroom with a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen with a twin and 2 more rooms one with two double beds, and one more bedroom with a double.  The two hall baths serve these rooms.

There are plenty of activities to do around Marathon, but the house itself makes you want to stay in and enjoy the view and its amenities. This home comfortably accommodates 12 people.

Paradise Cove on the Gulf is a fishermen's dream come true, with plenty of room to accommodate your trailers and toys in the front yard. A free public ramp on the corner of Aviation and Harbour Drive is around the corner. Located on Dodge Lake on the Gulfside of the highway.   You have quick access by boat to the Gulf or the Ocean.  The Gulf of Mexico is right around the corner and close to the 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut to boat out to the Atlantic Ocean.  Snorkeling at Sombrero Light is a fun family trip. If you don't have a boat, no problem there are charter boats that can take you there.
Some other activies by boat inclue Scuba Diving and Fishing which are a quick boat ride from this home. 
Sombrero Beach is a short 5 minute drive .  Also, Bahia Honda State Park is about a 30 minute drive from the house.  

For the fisherman...You also have a brand new commercial ice maker machine that produces 250 lbs per day of ice and hold 110 lbs, along with a freezer to hold your bait and catch, a 48' dock with fish cleaning station with fresh running water, lights and electric outlet. The dock can accommodate up to a 50 ft boat with a 4 foot draft. 

For everyone else, this home provides Two kayaks and two paddleboards, a secondary dock, which is a floating dock makes it easy for you to launch right from the back yard.  There is a ping pong table in the breezeway and close to the outdoor spaces where the pool and the docks are located.  A basketball hoop to play day or night. Playroom for kids to have fun with plenty of games. There is an abundance of areas for adults to disconnect.
A Pack n Play and High Chair are included for your use if you need it. 

Relax under the stars at night in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine right from the wine cooler inside.

Fishing on the dock, snorkeling, swimming on the ocean, having fun at the pool, separate area for the jacuzzi, a basketball hoop on an open area at the other side of the property, bean bag toss, ping pong table, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 6 bicycles to live the Florida keys life, 4 beach chairs, life jackets for kids, Plenty of games on the bunker bedroom closet and a lot more stuff to do around the neighborhood.  

Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly, Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
