The third bedroom caters to the younger crowd with a playful pyramid bunk bed equipped with a trundle (featuring a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and an additional pull-out twin trundle). The guest bathroom on this level is equipped with a refreshing shower.
The second level unveils yet another living space, a convenient mini bar area, and four additional bedrooms accompanied by three well-appointed bathrooms. The first two bedrooms on this level serve as master suites, each featuring a regal king-size bed and an expansive en suite bathroom. The third bedroom boasts two sets of twin bunk bed trundles, perfect for accommodating multiple guests. The fourth bedroom mirrors the playful design of the first level, offering a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle configuration (featuring a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and an additional pull-out twin trundle).
Step outside to the outdoor space of this remarkable property, where an inviting outdoor living room beckons with ample seating and a flat-screen TV for alfresco entertainment. Your retreat also boasts a 33-foot swimming pool and a relaxing 8-foot hot tub, with the added perk of pool heating included in your rental. Please note the pool and hot tub are heated separately and cannot both be on at the same time. Anglers will appreciate the bait freezer, fish cleaning station, and ice machine, while an extra refrigerator and a propane grill are on hand for culinary convenience. This exceptional home offers a generous 40 feet of dockage, making it a haven for water enthusiasts.
This property is located just a few minutes from the beautiful Sombrero Beach! Centrally located, this home is close to shopping, grocery stores, public golf course, private airport, post offices & all the fun activities Marathon has to offer.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat and one trailer.
Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. We were very impressed with the Sanderson team. Quick and pleasant responses to questions, but otherwise didn't bother us during our vacation. I was very impressed with the speed that our AC was repaired.

The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. The pool was used a lot! We loved the space downstairs to gather, play cards, watch TV and play cornhole while the kids were in the pool. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I loved the shower in our bathroom! It made me feel pampered. I have rented several homes in OBX but this one topped them all.

We had a few questions when we first checked in and I was able to text someone and they responded within 15 mins. That was the only time I had to get a hold of anyone everything was just like the descriptions and we had no problems!

We had a party of 14 ranging in ages from 19 to 72 from Ohio and there was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of activities both at the house and in the area to keep us busy for our holiday week! Everyone loved the pool area and the beds were supper comfortable! The only suggestion I would make is more silverwarefor that big of a house there is not enough, but there were plenty of cups, plates, pans and appliances for a family that loves to cook. We had a great week spending time with family and the only thing that would have made it better would have been a Buckeyes win on New Years Eve!!

This is an incredible rental with a lot of amenities and plenty of room for a big group. We had 10 guys who came to fish, dive, golf, and just enjoy getting out of the winter weather in the Midwest. This home has so much room to spread out - whether inside or out, we never felt crowded. We spent a lot of time using the outdoor space including patio, hot tub, pool, grill, tv, patio furniture. We also had a rental boat parked at our private dock for the week. It was everything we hoped for, and it was exactly as advertised!
We have rented many beautiful homes in the Caribbean and the US over the years. This was one of the best!
