The lower level now boasts a completely reimagined ambiance, featuring a contemporary open-concept design. A recent makeover has introduced vinyl plank flooring throughout, accompanied by a brand-new kitchen adorned with state-of-the-art appliances, pristine cabinets, and granite countertops. The space has been elegantly furnished and outfitted with new beds to ensure an unmatched level of comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. A spacious dining area hosts a rectangular table accommodating up to six guests, complemented by a breakfast bar furnished with three bar stools. The living room, overlooking the water, presents inviting seating arrangements and a TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, a porch offers the ideal vantage point to witness awe-inspiring sunsets. Here, a teak table and four chairs provide the perfect setting to relish a meal or beverage, enhanced by the warm glow of bistro lights.
The master bedroom, adorned with a queen-sized bed, features an en suite bathroom complete with a tub, a TV, and a private balcony that grants direct open water views. The guest bedroom showcases a versatile bunk bed trundle configuration (upper twin bed, lower full bed, and twin trundle), accompanied by its own TV. The guest bathroom, appointed with a shower, is conveniently positioned in the hallway. Additionally, the second level hosts a washer and dryer within the confines of the master bedroom.
A notable feature of this property is the access it offers to the Cabana Club. Situated in Key Colony Beach, a brief 10-minute drive away, the Cabana Club is an exclusive haven encompassing a heated and cooled pool, a secluded sandy beach, and a charming tiki bar and snack shop. Prior to your arrival, your dedicated property manager will arrange passes, granting you seamless entry to this esteemed Club. Your only task is to check in and immerse yourself in the splendors that await.
It is an open parking lot so there are no restrictions on how many vehicles. No RV's, motorhomes or campers. There is no dockage and no trailer parking, you would need to contact Duck Key Marina or Grassy Key Marina for boat/boat trailer storage. This property does NOT have access to Hawks Cay's amenities as this is not part of the resort.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

We all absolutely loved the property and the location. The condo was clean and perfectly suited our needs. It was perfectly located for us to explore other keys and lots to do. Added bonus that The Cabana Club was free access for residents staying in the condo's. We loved The Cabana Club and the wait staff there was extremely nice, food was delicious and having access to the Ocean/Beach was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend staying at the condo's and we'll defiantly be back.

Duck key darling was absolutely wonderful- decorated beautifully, well appointed and view was lovely. My children even got to experience dolphins in the ocean in front of the condo. It truly made our vacation perfect from the minute we opened the door.

The communication was clear and always accessible. I felt as though I knew were everything was, not only in the house, but on the island as well. The small touches of household items and travel essentials already in the house was such a wonderful touch of care.

Everything was perfect, honestly, my only caveat would be that it would have been nice to know that there was only bathrooms on the second floor. It wasn't a problem for my husband and I, but if there were elderly people staying there as well, it might be a bit of a challenge.
Also, there was a bike tour coming through during our stay...we didn't know about it, and one evening the parking lot out front was cautioned taped off. This wasn't on the rental company, but it would have been nice if that was communicated, because we didn't know where on the property we were allowed to park, or if we were even allowed in the house for any reason. It wasn't until we found a maintenance guy on a cart that explained what was happening. (again, not the rental company fault - just sharing)
