Description
This updated one-bedroom condo, centrally located in Marathon, offers convenient access to historical sites such as Crane Point, Sombrero Beach, Seven Mile Bridge, and Pigeon Key. Situated on the third floor with elevator access, the condo features two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry wood cabinetry. Amenities include cable TV, a sleeper sofa, and provided linens and towels. Coin laundry facilities are available near the pool area.
The unit is located at same address as Skipjack Resort but is NOT part of the resort as it's an individually owned unit. The only amenities you have accesss to are the pool, tiki bar & restaurant. There is no daily maid service provided or complimentary breakfast.
This unit does not have any dockage. Boat ramp and docking available from the resort for a fee. You must make prior arrangements with the resort directly.
This property is “Not pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
**When booking on vrotfk site you will have a refundable secuirty deposit of $500 listed in the required fees section - this is refunded back to you after check out as long as there are no damages
***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean. We like that is had two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The kitchen had all the basics. The welcome basket was a nice touch and provided travel size personal care items as well as laundry soap, snacks, and even a bottle of wine. We really liked the location. It was very centrally located to all the activities we had planned. There were carts for our use but we did not see them at check in. They were located near the laundry room. We did use the laundry once and the washers/dryers worked very well and were reasonable priced. The closet contained unexpected extras like beach chairs and a small ice chest and pool noodles. We did not use those but it was nice to know they were available. The pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. There were no extra sheets for the pull out so we had to improvise. There were extra pillows and blankets. The lights from the parking lot come through the blinds in the bedroom. If you need a very dark room to sleep, you may want to bring a dark sheet or something to hang over the blinds. We did not use the pool or the restaurant/bar but we did hear the live music when we came in at night and it sounded like people were enjoying themselves. Once we were inside the condo we could not hear it and it did not disturb us at all. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We needed to get a code to use the laundry facilities. We called them and they were able to supply the information we needed.

The room was very nice. The location was great. It's too bad the resort this is in is feuding with property owners. We were aware of the restrictions before hand so it wasn't as much of a surprise as some people would have. These restrictions should be in the literature for this property to warn guests before they book
