Booking Information:
Saturday to Saturday bookings from June 1 through August 15, with a 7-night minimum required.
Maximum occupancy: 8 (No exceptions), per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2.
Renters must be 28 or older, and a 28-year-old must be present during the entire stay.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys (vrotfk) has Terms and Conditions of use for this property and all the properties we manage.  As a party to this transaction, you and your party understand that by renting this property you expressly agree to the Terms and Conditions of vrotfk.  Once a deposit is received by vrotfk, or through any other platform you choose to book the property,  that act will acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.  Terms and Conditions are attached to every reservation confirmation. Terms and Conditions will be sent via an e-sign document that is required to be signed after booking.
