This is our 3rs year with Jessy, she always keeps in touch and is there if we have a question within minutes ! There are so many vacation management companies to choose from, but each year we come back to Vacation Rentals of the the Florida Keys. Jessy and the rest of the staff take such good care of us and their homes, we can't imagine using any other company.

This being our third time at this property should speak highly. Picking up our mail at the office was easy.

We again enjoyed our long term stay. The view is perfect. (Until a house is erected on the ocean side property.) The outdoors shower is so nice, we may place it high on our list of must have amenities. Two things for fixing. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom does not work. Also, having the kayak to use is a plus. But, if it were mine, Id replace the seat backs. They are deteriorating, leaving black residue on the life jackets. Also, the drainage holes plugs are missing for all but one. (Harry at Keys Kayaks could fix it easily.)
And, the new grill worked perfectly. The neighbors all were very nice.

Jessy reached out to us immediately after I started the booking process. I felt secure in paying the deposit and knowing that we were working with professionals that would do their best to insure we had the home we had requested. She sent regular updates and info about things to do in the community to help us plan our trip. Upon check in, she checked in to be sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't need anything. She even made sure my Mother's Day was acknowledged and made special. After we returned home, she inquired about our safe arrival home. The experience with Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys and Jessy was top notch . I have already shared with co workers and friends what a great company to work with. We will book again with them soon.

Castaway was everything we were hoping for. The quiet neighborhood, the view, the opportunity to have our boat behind our house, the cleanliness and comfort the home was amazing. It was our first vacation since all the craziness of this this past year and finding the home impeccably clean and well cared for eased any worries we had. Castaway has been equipped with everything you need to feel relaxed and enjoy the Key lifestyle. There are many restaurants within walking distance and even a fuel dock less than a mile from the house. It was a perfect retreat for our much needed vacation. Another big thank you to the Patricks and Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys to allow us to bring our "4 legged children" with us, having the entire family along eases all worries and allows us to REALLY relax !!

The house was amazing! We loved sitting on the dock in the mornings and in the evenings. We were able to put our boat right in front of the house and the views from the dock were absolutely amazing. The house had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy. We cant wait to return!

Marathon is an excellent base for visiting the Keys. The canal front property was a great location in an interesting neighborhood. The furnishings in the property and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home. Our only recommendation is to upgrade the kayak

The property was beautiful and well equipped. We were a little taken back by the unoccupied houses left by Irma and did not realize the extent of damage everyone endured. Until you got used to the place, a couple days, you had no issues. Love that we can ride bikes many places.
We got a lot of tips from the locals so a book indicating good places to eat, happy hour, excursions etc. Would be helpful.
Thanks for all the amenities provided and you have done a beautiful job with the rebuild....so cozy especially the large picture window! Great view!
