The Vista Marquesa offers the most expansive open ocean view of almost 180 degrees. It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a huge private pool, a deck extending out over the Atlantic Ocean, and over 50 feet of dockage. There is enough parking at this house for up to three cars and your boat trailer. The main home features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, Flat screen Tv, and an en-suite bath. On the other side, you have two guest bedrooms. The first guest room has a Queen size bedroom and the second is the perfect children’s hangout with two sets of bunk beds each having a Full on the bottom and a Twin on the top. The kitchen in this home is a cook’s dream, with everything you may need. The living room is breathtaking with not one, not two, but 5 floor to ceiling doors that lead right out to the Atlantic Ocean. The detached in-laws' suite has one bedroom and bathroom with its own refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and seating.
The outside of this home is where you and your family will want to spend the majority of the time, with ample dining space, a huge heated pool, Icemaker, Bait freezer, dockage in a channel for a boat up to 35 ft, and even a deck that extends over the Atlantic ocean! If you can imagine sitting at your outdoor dining table enjoying the fish that you caught that morning from your deck, watching the colors of the sky and ocean change as the sun sets for the day under the Tiki, then this home is the one you have been dreaming of.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee per pet. The fee depends on the breed and size+tax/week. Cats are not allowed.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

This vacation home was PERFECT for our family's Christmas Vacation. The property was awesome. My grandchildren LIVED in the pool every day. It was so amazing for them to have 24/7 access. The adults loved the view. Waking up to the ocean view every morning, sipping tea and watching the sun rise was priceless. We never wanted to venture out because we had everything we needed right there. And the property managers were amazing. Always quick to respond to any question we had. We WILL re-book this property again in the future.
