This level includes a Master bed with an on-suite bath and king-size bed. Plus another bedroom with 2 queen size beds.  Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the 250 sq ft deck.

This property is only a few houses from the ocean by boat. This duplex can be rented as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or the whole place as a 3 bedroom.  They are named Vaca Vista 1, Vaca Vista 2 and Vaca Vista 3.  Each number represents the amount of bedrooms you are renting.
