Our home is licensed for monthly rentals only and is set up for all the comforts and amenities to settle in to make it your home away from home. This property is great for relaxing away from it all, to those that like outdoor activities and fishing enthusiast. 

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

- Parking: 2 vehicle max outside and one in the garage 
- Deep Water Dock: 25ft ft. (strict 1 boat max) one trailer only Max Boat length 22
**Boat lift is NOT available for guest use.

Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave
Owners boat will be on property  on the boat lift and can not be disturd.
The home is in a Residential area and the noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, All loud noise must stop before 9 pm
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
Per the City of Marathon all noise should be minimun between 9pm to 9am.
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
