You must be 25 or older to rent. 

If your boat trailer does not fit on the property, you must store it at a trailer storage facility in Marathon. You can park it in front, parallel to the street, or under the carport. Trailer storage is located at Grassy Key Marina; the Elks have trailer storage at minimal fees. 
Parking enough for one vehicle. 

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys (VROTFK) has terms and conditions for use for this property and all the properties we manage.  As a party to this transaction, you and your party understand that by renting this property, you expressly agree to the Terms and Conditions of VROTFK.  Once a deposit is received by VROTFK or through any other platform you choose to book the property,  that act will acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are attached to every reservation confirmation. Terms and conditions will be sent via an e-sign document that must be signed after booking.

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure
