Duck Key Charmer is exactly that, a beautiful home in the exclusive community of Duck Key.  A great walking and biking neighborhood, with an ocean view location.  Located across the street from the ocean on a corner lot with a completely fenced in yard.  Perfect accommodations for a couple with 2 extra bedrooms for guests.  
As you drive up to the home, you have parking underneath the building and a quiet front porch patio to sip your coffee or afternoon drinks on, with a view of the ocean on the South side of the house.  Sunrises and sunsets can be appreciated in the winter time when the sun is in the south sky.  
The pool is private with a beach entry, and lush landscaping.  The yard is fenced for privacy. The pool may be heated for a fee. 

As you walk in the front door to this dreamy doll house of a home with simple, clean, open concept living. 
The living room is open to the dining and kitchen with a large, flat-screen TV and several books and games to entertain on rainy days. There is a couple of comfortable couches in the living area and a dining area, a open concept kitchen and on this level along with two of the bedrooms. 
There is a full bath on this level in the hall for the 2nd bedroom which has 3 twin beds, one is a bunk bed.
You also have a large master suite with a king size bed, plenty of storage, a deck off the bedroom with a view of the ocean and mounted flat-screen TV.  View the ocean from the sitting area and feel the ocean breeze.  

Downstairs the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bath right off the pool area.  The washer and dryer are on this level. 

Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with a cooler for your beach adventures.  Sombrero Beach is just about 8 miles away and the iconic Bahia Honda State park is less than 30 minutes away. 
You can get a boat to snorkel at the resort on the island or out to Sombrero Reef or take a sunset cruise.  Take a charter boat fishing or just walk the dock and see what fish were caught for the day.
There is lots of things to do in Marathon.  Shopping, coffee, ice cream, and grocery stores are close by.
Starbucks is located in the lobby of the resort on the island.  You could walk there for your morning cup of Joe.
