Jesse was great. Air conditioning unit broke the first night of our stay and it was fixed within a couple hours.

The property was awesome. Beautiful few of the ocean and the pool was huge. It was easy to get a chair at the pool. We basically had the property to ourselves. The condo is self is nice. All the amenities you could ask for.

You Must Follow all Casa Clara Condominium Rules.
These Rules are in the Condo for you to Read you will also receive a pdf with them.
You Must Check in with the Casa Clara Condo Manager in the Pelican Room.
Resort Manager's Office Hours are from 9-5 pm Mon. thru. Fri.
All overnight Vehicles must have a visitor's parking pass.
The pass will be provided once you check in and sign the Registration Book.
We will email the Condo Manager your name and the form we will provide you after booking.
Access to the Condo is after 4 pm on the day of arrival You must Register Before 5 pm at the Condo Office. If you arrive after office hours please check in on the next business day.
Check-out is 10 am Sharp on the day of departure
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
