off Boot Key Harbor, you will have easy boating access to several waterside restaurants,
offshore snorkeling, and fishing under the 7-mile bridge in less than 5 minutes. You will be
within walking distance to cool restaurants, bookstores, the wonderful Turtle Hospital, and
picturesque parks.
Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset off your dock. Lounging in the covered, fully-
screened sunroom, with nothing but the calm moving waters in front of you, you will bask in
the tranquility of waterfront living. You will enjoy making meals in the spacious and modern
kitchen or grilling by the pool.  With 4 bedrooms, a large great room, sunroom, separate pool
and grassy areas, this home has so many areas for you and your family to spread out, relax and
enjoy your time together. There is internet connected TVs in the great room and every bedroom

night minimum and a maximum occupancy of 10 (2 per bedroom plus 2).

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
