The Beach House is a stunning and spacious 2bed/2bath with private pool & steps to Sombrero Beach!
This home offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV. Dining table seats up to 6 and the counter seats another 2. Off the kitchen is a storage area wtih the washer & dryer.
Master bedroom features queen bed, comfortable chair with ottoman, flat screen TV and a desk. The en suite bath has a stand alone shower. The guest bedroom features king bed with two chairs plus flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo.
The backyard is fenced off and beautifully landscaped. Out back you will find the private pool, tiki hut & dockage. Under the tiki hut you will find ample seating such as a swing chair to cool off in during those hot summer days. There is a table and 4 chairs with umbrella by the pool as well as lounge chairs for sun tanning. There is no pool heater.
There is a concrete seawall for guest use. Plus a bait freezer and a fish cleaning station to clean your catch dockside.
Direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Maximum boat length allowed is 25ft.
Need more space? Check out The Blue Marlin House - it is right across the street! Great for mutliple families wanting to be close by.
Both The Beach House & The Blue Marlin house are just a few short steps away from beautiful Sombrero Beach! Never have to worry about finding a parking spot again! Can't get any closer than this!
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

This 2 bedroom home was perfect for us. Each bedroom was very large and had a private bath. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean. There was no problem with bugs which can be an issue in tropical locations. The living area is spacious and had comfortable furniture. The outside area was very well maintained with plenty of seating choices, and new cushions. The location was very private and next to Sombrero Beach park. We would recommend this home for 2 couples, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The vacation rentals of the Florida Keys sets the the tone to living the Keys life from the start. Many details are shared to help make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The detailed emails and welcoming gift baskets are very helpful. Our vacation rental was beautiful, just as photos shown. Super clean and had everything we need to enjoy our time.

They were prompt with a response and even though they house wasn't advertised to have a bait freezer, they decided to purchase one for me during my stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Canal was one of the nicest canals I've stayed on in the keys, pool was in great shape, beds were comfortable, kitchen and living area were spacious and had all the amenities needed for a week stay.

House was immmaculate and well equipped. Location was very nice. Outside area very nice. Just an FYI the kitchen trash can is tiny, like not the normal kitchen size so a bigger one would definitely be nice. There was no gallon size pitcher anywhere to make drinks. These were minor and the only telling you if you would want to pass on to home owner.

The location is amazing, nice score on acquiring this spot. You can tell it will need some updates in the coming years with the dated finishes but it currently works well with the house.
