Manatee Cottage is a very spacious and comfortable 3bed/2bath single family home with private pool. The property is ground level with one small step up into the front porch and a small step down to the back porch. This home has it all and you won’t want to leave!

This property is a ideal for 2-3 couples or a small family looking to enjoy the Florida Keys. There are two screened porches for you to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine in the early morning or evening. 

This home is perfect for anglers! There is dockage for a 25 foot boat. Skip out to the Gulf for bonefish or take the Vaca Cut over to the Atlantic and catch Yellowtail Snapper, Dolphin, Amber Jacks, Mullet, Sharks or some famous Florida Keys spiny Lobster. Vaca cut bridge is very close to this property, which makes it have easy access to the Gulf and the Atlantic.

The living room, dining & kitchen are an open floor plan. Dining table inside holds 6 guests and a table outside holds 4 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. 

The master bedroom has an en suite bath, with a king bed and TV . Down the hall, there are two guest bedrooms, one features a queen bed and the other features 2 twin beds. There is a hall bathroom for those two bedrooms. The washer & dryer are located off the kitchen and also the bait freezer. The laundry area has access to the pool/porch area too. 

Out back you will find a screened in porch with table & chairs for 4 guests and the private pool. On the pool deck you will find 2 lounge chairs for sun bathing. Pool heat is an optional fee of $200 per week.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
