Located in the heart of the Middle Florida Keys, If you want to snorkel in a fish bowl check out Sombrero Light or Looe Key, Sunset Sail's, Beaches, Snorkeling and diving on the only living reef in the continental US, and world-class back-country and sportfishing are all a short ride away. Short day trips to Key West or Islamorada on the beautiful Overseas highway, The most beautiful drive in the US. Key West is 1 hour away, Islamorada is 30 minutes away. 
Sombrero Beach is a dog-friendly beach, and about 4 miles from the house.
The Dolphin Research Center where you can swim with the dolphins is right on Grassy Key about 4 miles from the house and the Turtle Hospital where turtle rescues are nurtured back to health all in Marathon. 
Coco Plum has a small beach, Bahia Honda State Park, one of the top 10 beaches in the world is located about 20 miles from this location.
Lots to do and see while staying in the beautiful Marathon. 

This beautiful brand new construction and modern spacious home has direct ocean access by boat.  Deep water dockage with 5 ft draft boating access to the Atlantic Ocean with 35 ft of dockage. Immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL keys by boat. 
Tons of natural light.  The dining room and Living room which are open to each other for that open-concept living.  The deck has plenty of both shaded and unshaded areas allowing you to enjoy as much or as little sunlight as you would like. The lounge chairs, outdoor seating, and BarBQue make entertaining easy and breezy. 

Each of the four bedrooms has its own TV.  

Four bedrooms are all on one level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bath on it.  The second master suite has a  king-size bed.  The third bedroom has two twins and the 4th bedroom also has 2 twins.  These two bedrooms share the hall bath.
A Fisherman's Dream, Commercial Ice maker, Extra Refrigerator, lower level storage area for fishing gear, and a 35 ft dock with Fish cleaning station and a Fantastic freshwater pool to dip in when you are finished with your fishing day. 
There are two decks, one upstairs off the living area, and the other deck by the pool has loungers and covered outdoor living areas, BarBQue. All you need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush.  

Two kayaks included. Beach Chairs and Umbrella.   Corn Hole too!
