The Blue Marlin House: 3-Bed Beach Escape with Pool, Hot Tub & 200 Ft Dock

Located just steps from Sombrero Beach, The Blue Marlin House is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence ideal for beachside living. Across the street, you’ll find public Sombrero Beach with picnic pavilions, restrooms, and a playground. Inside the home, the open-concept living and dining area offers ample seating, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous cabinet space, with a convenient laundry area in the garage that includes a bait freezer and commercial ice machine.

This home boasts two master suites with en suite bathrooms and spacious closets, plus a third bedroom with its own en suite. Half bath located in foyer of the home (off the living room). Outdoors, you’ll enjoy 200 feet of dockage, a private pool that can be heated or chilled, a relaxing hot tub, a sunbathing area, a gas grill, and a hammock. The dock offers a boat slip, ample seawall, and a fish cleaning station with water access, while an underwater fish light attracts marine life, including tarpon, snook, and snapper, with occasional visits from dolphins and manatees.

Additional trailer parking is located behind the garage, and for larger groups, "The Beach House" nearby can be reserved as well. With its prime location, you'll have seamless beach access and never worry about parking—your ideal Florida Keys getaway awaits!
