On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second story balcony overlooking the Gulf . The laundry area with a full Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor.
1 Covered Parking space is included with the rental, 31 ft maximum dockage, Trailers must be stored off site.  Fred's Beds stores Trailers, or Grassy key Marina.
