Our Happy Place with Sunsets and Open water views of Boot Key Harbor.
This condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with elevator access. Located on the Top floor in unit 302.
There is a large shared heated pool with a grill on property. Modern and new kitchen and baths.
Open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining and living area.
The Master bedroom has it's own bath on suite with a king size bed and views of the Harbour.
The second bedroom has two XL twin beds with access of the bathroom. Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
There is a porch off the living area to enjoy the vistas.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
This is a 28 day minimum rental

No pets Per Condo Rules
You must fill out a registration form for the Condo Association
To use the Boat slip, there is a fee of $150.00 for the month.
