This home holds 4-16 people in beds. Large Flat Screens in each bedroom, plus one in each living area.  
Two floors of living space, Large living rooms, and large decks and outdoor spaces.  
Rooftop deck for your stargazing pleasure. 

You enter on the ground floor and Walk into the Large foyer space, with two large benches.  To the right is a two car garage with a bait freezer, commercial Ice Machine and ping pong table. To the left is a bedroom and bath. The bedroom has two queens size sleigh beds.
Moving past the Foyer you will enter into an extremely large room with glass on all exterior walls.  The color of the ocean water is just beautiful and can be seen from practically every room in the house.     This room has lots of seating around the bar area, and several tables and sofa areas for gathering.  From here you can walk out to the dock, the pool and the jacuzzi area.  Laundry room with extra full-size refrigerator, an additional bath, and another bedroom is on the left side of the room.  This bedroom has 2 bunk beds each with a double and a twin, and two queen size beds.  

As you walk back into the foyer area there is an interior wood staircase that goes up to the second living floor and then up to the rooftop deck. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bath queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom and bath are further down the hall, these two bedrooms overlook the water and the dock.  The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and half bath.  

There is Two large living rooms and dining areas, with a kitchen on this level and a second-floor deck with a tiki hut. 

You will love this house and the sunsets are free every night.

You must be 28 or older to rent. (28-year-old must be present during the entire stay)

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
