Two bedrooms and two baths are on the main level. Both bedrooms on this level have a queen-sized bed, one bedroom has a bath on the suite.  The other bathroom serves the hall and quick access to the Pool area.
This level also has open living areas which encompass the living, dining kitchen, and breakfast bar as well.  Open views of the Open water and pool can be observed from practically every room in the house. 
Upstairs boasts double master suites with their own patio and a king-size bed in each. Each has a private deck with stunning Open water views. There is a bonus room off of each of these bedrooms.  One with a queen size bed plus a twin in that room the other bedroom has 3 twins. A high chair and a pack n play are included. 


The main living level walks out onto a large covered deck overlooking the 15X26 swimming pool, wading area, and three putting greens.  Bring your putters and get in some practice.  Deep water dockage for two boats, equipped with 4 tie-off-dolphin pilings, and a fish cleaning table with water.  A separate bait freezer is located in the laundry room.

Great snorkeling on the Gulf right off the dock. Located in the center of Marathon, the boating provides quick access to the Atlantic through Vaca Cut or the 7 Mile Bridge.
Well furnished with Leather sofas and well equipped with 5 large screen TVs, (75" TV in the living room), Streaming tv,  Small Stereo, CD Player, and Gas Grill. Hi-Speed Internet Wireless Service.

Also Included, Drip Coffee maker, PackNPlay and High Chair and 3 kayaks.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
