Paradise Palms updated 4bed/3bath single family with private pool, & dockage

Introducing Paradise Palms, a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home nestled overlooking Sister's Creek. Boasting 50 feet of deep water dockage, this home is a haven for beach enthusiasts, golfers, and boaters alike, offering direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The master bedroom exudes luxury with its king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, guests can enjoy the comfort of a king-sized bed and twin sleeper in one bedroom, while another bedroom offers a queen bed and twin sleeper. A guest bathroom conveniently serves these rooms, along with a laundry area for added convenience. Downstairs, a guest bedroom features two full (double) beds, providing ample space for additional guests.
Entertainment options abound with cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, while Roku TVs in the remaining bedrooms allow guests to access their own Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts. A Sonos sound system adds to the ambiance, easily controlled via a downloadable app on your phone.

For added convenience, the garage houses a second washer and dryer, an ice machine, and a bait freezer. While primarily used for storage, one vehicle is stored in the garage by the owner. Paradise Palms offers a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, ensuring a memorable retreat for all who visit.

Parking: 3 vehicle max with no trailer or 2 vehicles & 1 trailer max - very strict as there is limited space. The driveway will fit 2 vehicles. Then off to the left hand side of the house there is a gravel area that can hold another vehicle & trailer depending on size. 

Dock: 50ft. (strict 1 boat max.)

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property will accomodate more than one boat for an additional fee. 

Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
