Boat rentals, and jet ski rentals are right at your doorstep.  There is a boat ramp that is owned by the resort.  You can put your boat in for a fee. There is No dockage included with this condo.  But you can call the resort to rent a slip.

This condo is a 30-day minimum rental. 
The condo does not allow renters to have pets. 
There is a common area on the side of the building with a concrete bench and table. 
You must be 28 years old to occupy this property. You also must remain at the property during the occupancy.
