This beautiful and spacious home has Sombrero Beach at the end of the road.  Ocean views and deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean. Two floors of living space.  Spacious outdoor living with outdoor bar and extra refrigerator. Large Pool, Nice Dock with 4 foot draft. Completely renovated home with Open floor plans and spacious rooms. 
Upstairs is the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room which are open to each other and the Ocean views. 
Each bedroom has its own TV, plus two living areas with a TV in each. 
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath.  The Second bedroom on this floor is a queen size bed and a half bath.  
The upstairs has a deck that opens up to view the pool, dock and Ocean.  
The downstairs has its own living area with TV and comfortable seating, and a pool table.  It has a wet bar plus a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.  Two bedrooms share a bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is extra large and has a king size bed with a sofa sitting area. 
There is another full bath right off of the pool deck area. 
The pool deck has loungers and covered outdoor living areas with an outdoor bar and BarBQue. 
All you need is a bathing suite and a toothbrush.  
This home has everyhing you need to have a fabulous vacation! 
Two kayaks included. 

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
7 night minimum,
