As you walk into the Two story foyer with interior stairs, you walk up to the open floor plan with the Living room dining and kitchen in one open room.  There is a screend in porch that goes the full length of these rooms also which overlooks the pool.  Unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine on the spacious screened-in veranda which overlooks the inviting 15x30 foot pool, it's the perfect spot for al fresco dining, relaxing with a good book, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings.On this level you have two maaster bedroom suites with a king size bed in each, and a laundry area.
As you walk back down the foyer stairs you will find another room with a king size bed and access to the pool deck area.  Across the breezeway there is another open kitchen secondary living space and a half bath. 
The breezeway contains a table with 6 chairs which then leads you to the pool deck with a bar and outdoor seating and lounging.  The pool is heated for your comfort.
