The first of these bedrooms offers a luxurious king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom caters to the younger crowd with a playful pyramid bunk bed equipped with a trundle (featuring a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and an additional pull-out twin trundle). The guest bathroom on this level is equipped with a refreshing shower.
The second level unveils yet another living space, a convenient mini bar area, and four additional bedrooms accompanied by three well-appointed bathrooms. The first two bedrooms on this level serve as master suites, each featuring a regal king-size bed and an expansive en suite bathroom. The third bedroom boasts two sets of twin bunk bed trundles, perfect for accommodating multiple guests. This property is located just a few minutes from the beautiful Sombrero Beach! Centrally located, this home is close to shopping, grocery stores, public golf course, private airport, post offices & all the fun activities Marathon has to offer.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat and one trailer.
Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
